First Federal Savings Bank
906 W Edison Rd
Mishawaka, IN 46545
(574)257-1711
For many people, home ownership and secure savings typifies the American Dream. Making that dream possible for customers is the focus of First Federal Savings Bank.
Richard E. Belcher opened First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fulton County in 1966. He began as President, and continues in that role today.
The name of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fulton County was changed in 1984 to First Federal Savings Bank to better reflect the function of the bank. Since then, First Federal has become one of the fastest growing banks in the state, with a strong emphasis on mortgage loans. First Federal services over $1.3 billion of first mortgage home loans.
Although First Federal had a modest beginning in the back room of a neighborhood grocery store with only two employees, the bank now operates from six locations with 160 employees, including tellers, new deposit associates, loan servicing specialists, and mortgage loan originators. The size of the bank may have changed, but its foundation of quality service and flexible mortgage programs has remained constant.
Fulfilling the American Dream of home ownership is the reason First Federal came into being in 1966, and that role of providing affordable home loans and secure savings continues to this day.

Sunvention U.S.A., Inc.
4117 N CR 300 E
Greencastle, Indiana 46135
(765)522-3665
Sunvention is located in Northeast Putnam County, between Bainbridge and Greencastle, where we have created the Solar Center of Excellence ("SCE"). The mission of the SCE is to demonstrate and deploy ("D&D") solar technologies which are the products of our research and development ("R&D") partners in Europe. We are the “D&D” for commercialization of “R&D”.
The keystone to our technology platform being demonstrated at the Solar Center of Excellence is the Envelope Power Greenhouse™ (EPG). Using combinations of off-the-shelf products together with our proprietary solar technologies in unique combinations provides the means to increase food production while dramatically reducing water requirements and at the same time generating electricity, providing possibilities for multiple revenue streams.
We feel that it is critically important to make simple, robust, cost effective, efficient solar technology available to all areas of the planet. Instrumental to this deployment model is our Solar Power Village™. The Village combines the EPG, unique thermal storage methods and a newly engineered Stirling power plant. Key to success of this model is the philosophy that each component must be able to be manufactured locally or is a readily available commercial item.
Our Mission: “Leading the 21st century into the solar age”
